A very good experience, as usual, with Chibi Akihabara! The parcel was sent with care and protection, despite being relatively badly treated by the post office (thanks to the figurine's over-carton), which not only refused to reschedule my delivery, but also showed exemplary rigidity towards a relative of mine who tried unsuccessfully to collect my parcel on my behalf, providing all the supporting documents (ID card, delivery notice, parcel tracking, etc.), I'm not sure that this will make much difference, given the rigor of the delivery drivers of the major carriers (UPS and TNT, subcontractors of FeDex in particular), but it might be an interesting suggestion to consider alternative deliveries to those offered by La Poste (if possible at a later date), especially for those who, like me, have to deal with an unpleasant post office ...

I ordered a number of products. I received everything, in excellent condition, even if DPD didn't meet the delivery deadlines (the first time, the deliveryman didn't contact me and told the agency that I had refused delivery when I hadn't, but I was able to have it delivered a few days later, following multiple calls to customer service). As for Chibi Akihabara, there are many choices available for purchase and pre-order, and the site is very easy to use. I obviously recommend it.
