I took a Draken figurine (Tokyo revengers) as a pre-order and I must admit that by the time it arrived I was a little afraid of a scam, but in the end I wasn't at all. I received the figurine and it's exactly what I ordered (just a little bit smaller than I thought, but not by much). The quality is really great and the colors are really bright. I have no regrets about my order, I'm really very satisfied. I'm keeping the website address to buy 2 other figurines from the same universe to complete my collection. I fully recommend

Before sending off my order, the manager called to tell me about a slight defect on the box of one of the figurines, to see if I wanted to change my order as a result. She was very pleasant and not many people do that. I'm very happy with my order, it arrived promptly and in excellent condition.

The condition of the parcel is impeccable, as are its contents. As described, for me it's a 5/5The only problem I had was with the dpd delivery, but I'm not taking that into account in the rating.

I've been shopping on their site for some time now, and I've never had any particular problems. Apart from occasional delays on pre-orders, which isn't surprising in itself given that importing figurines from Japan can take a long time, and the prices of the figurines are higher than those in Japan, which is also normal - importing has a price... and I personally prefer to go through their service than take the risk of importing myself from Japan and having to pay customs at a higher cost than that of my order.

Excellent first time on this site, for my part I already knew it but I had never placed an order on it before. And I don't regret my purchase at all! Although pre-orders take a long time to arrive due to importation, everything was perfect. The parcel was well protected and the boxes in perfect condition. Quality figurine but delivery a little long

Delivery with the company DPD always problematic but, Parcels arrive earlier than expected and carefully packed.

As always, orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition. I also went through the after-sales service for a few questions and the repairs were very quick. I've also just discovered that the more you buy, the more points you accumulate, which are converted into cash for future orders. It's great! I love this site and recommend it to all collectors!
