I waited months for my package to arrive. It was for Christmas and arrived in March without any information. I thought I'd never receive it when it arrived.
I'm very satisfied with my purchase but a little less by the very long delay in receiving it; item bought at the beginning of December and received in March. I know that Chibi Akihabara is not responsible for this, but I had to call to get an update. I would have appreciated being kept informed.
Nice gift with two drawbacks: the expression of the eyes is less tender than on the photos and the protective plastic on which it rests was broken. A shame for a gift. Otherwise a nice collector's item.
Did not warn when a product was unavailable. Waited 3 months for product. Otherwise, good figurines. Also prices can be more expensive than other sites.

I'm taking away 2 stars for the fact that I ordered several things, including 2 predefined baskets that I'm very fond of, even if there's a note saying if not in stock replaced but replaced on 17products 14products for a single basket I find this limited, why put a list. Then in the replacement it is not even logical, replaced the salted elements by sweetened I had literally 1seul element salted, moreover not even directly edible because they are broths of cubes and it is exactly the same situation for my 2 basket. Very above the baskets I think above a certain number of replacement of element of the basket we should be warned to know if we continue the purchase. I don't take into account the expected delivery time of 2 days to finally have my product 12 days later but this is excusable because it's a busy period so no worries. The packaging was correct, there was no problem with the figurines I ordered, no broken parts. I think that my situation is justifiable in relation to the fact that it was the holidays and maybe outside the holidays baskets are good, but on top anyway. I'm leaving 3 stars because I think it's rare to find a reliable French site and my problem isn't one of reliability.

Fast delivery and top figurines. On the other hand disappointed I did not get the gifts because one of the products ordered was out of stock not very business knowing that when I ordered it was in stock ... too bad I could have put 5 stars
Delivery was good and fast, however the end of year gift was very badly indicated and I was not able to take advantage of it despite an order of almost 400. Something should be done for future buyers.
I've ordered from this site before, and had no problems until recently, when I discovered that the figurines were reconditioned (I don't know if this is the case for all of them or not, but I was told that they were, even though I'd received new, unopened figurines). As a result, on my last order I received a figurine that was very badly packaged, with a missing part, while another of the same character, the box had not been opened and was in its original packaging. The same goes for a Bandai model where the box wasn't closed. I don't know if this is normal or not, but for this kind of product where all the parts are essential, it's worrying not to even have sotch on it. What's more, the after-sales service needs to be improved... On the phone, I had the impression that my interlocutor was talking down to me, when all I was asking for was a normal, new figurine, like the others I've received with no problems. I didn't really get an answer to my questions and I'm still waiting for my problem to be solved.

I pre-ordered two figurines from them, and when I got to the pre-order end date for the second figurine, I was worried that I wouldn't receive a delivery notice, so I checked the site, which had shifted the pre-order end date by 1 month without notifying the customer. When I contacted customer service, they explained that there was a delay in delivery on one of the two figurines, and that if I wanted to receive the first figurine, which was available, in advance, I'd have to pay additional delivery charges. In the end, I received both figurines three months late...
I've placed several orders with them in the past, all of which went well, but my last one was a bit more complicated, as a product had been awaiting delivery from the supplier for months, with no indication of how long it would take.After almost a year's delay on my order, and several messages to the store trying to get more information or to unblock my order, I had to insist a lot (I had to wait several weeks for my request to go through) before they finally gave me some information. The lady at the after-sales service (very kind and competent) told me on the phone that she thought the supplier was taking them for a ride and would never deliver the product in question, but if that's the case, I find it incomprehensible that they don't contact the customers concerned to keep them informed, or at the very least post this information on the site's forum. This way, the people concerned can cancel their product if they wish. But here it's up to each customer to insist on being told that their order will never arrive if the product is not cancelled, so I had to cancel the product for my order to be released. Overall, if there are no unforeseen product availability problems, the store manages very well. This experience won't stop me from recommending them, but you should be aware that sometimes you have to be persistent to get information about your orders.
Pre-ordered figurine, received several months later. In a strange way, it was wrapped in bubble wrap (the figurine in the box) it was very badly made with a defect on the head, I was offered a coupon for 10% off but I found it light all the same. I still don't know if it's an official figurine or not, at least it doesn't look like the photos, what a shame. It's the Raphaël figurine from the anime Moi quand je me réincarise en slime. We'll have to see what condition the figurine is in for a future purchase. But the "bubble wrap" packaging already tipped me off. For this reason, I can't recommend this site highly enough.
The box arrived undamaged, but the figurine arrived with a broken end. Nothing very serious but I contacted the support and there is no answer in a week.what it would be if the damage were more important!

First time I've been disappointed with the store. Parcel received with no problem but the box of my figurine pushed in so it's that it was done at the time of the setting out of paperboard. Fortunately my figurine is fine, but I'm still disappointed and hope it's the last time this happens to me.
Hello I'm having a fit over the packaging of Ichiban Kuji products. The boxes of figurines and other items constantly arrive damaged, because they're not packed properly. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.

I'm not likely to recommend them. I'm sent a figurine in a box in poor condition even though I'd asked them to check the condition of the boxes carefully, I'm told I have to send it back for a replacement and finally when they receive it they send me a message to tell me it's now out of stock and they're going to refund me instead. They really couldn't put one aside for me as soon as they knew I was sending mine back? I'm only giving two stars because customer service is quick to respond.
I was supposed to receive my order on the 18th, but I got it on the 21st. The carrier went past my house without even stopping to drop it off at a relay point, and the box was damaged.
Bof, I received the box all damaged, I opened a ticket with no response for almost 1 week, so very disappointed on this one.
