I wanted to order for a friend and send it directly to her, but it was impossible to send it in her name. I ordered without being logged in, using someone else's email address to send in her name. You could change the delivery address but not the name. What's more, I don't understand why it was pre-ordered, but we saw it earlier, so much the better, but it doesn't look professional. Fortunately, the figurine arrived in good condition.
No problem at all, product received conforms to that ordered, speed in processing, dispatch of various products, top after-sales service, I've never had a problem with the Chibi Akihabara site and I'm very satisfied.

I took a Draken figurine (Tokyo revengers) as a pre-order and I must admit that by the time it arrived I was a little afraid of a scam, but in the end I wasn't at all. I received the figurine and it's exactly what I ordered (just a little bit smaller than I thought, but not by much). The quality is really great and the colors are really bright. I have no regrets about my order, I'm really very satisfied. I'm keeping the website address to buy 2 other figurines from the same universe to complete my collection. I fully recommend
