This site is simply professional, I've never had a breakage/theft and the figurines or other items are well packaged. The person on the phone is irreproachable and goes out of her way to satisfy her customers. The after-sales service is very quick to respond, I haven't had to use after-sales services, it seems. I hope it lasts.

I bought a Chainsaw Man figurine at Gamescom. No unpleasant surprises, the figurine was as presented in their showcases (magnificent by the way, lots of colors, well-presented figurines... in short!) A very good experience that I'll gladly repeat on their site! PS: a pleasure to meet French people in Germany ^^.

Even when there's a mistake, you can call customer service, who respond quickly, professionally and politely, and the parcels are always perfectly packaged and protected. Some items are more expensive than on other sites, but it's one of my favorites.
