I bought a Chainsaw Man figurine at Gamescom. No unpleasant surprises, the figurine was as presented in their showcases (magnificent by the way, lots of colors, well-presented figurines... in short!) I've been ordering from this trusted site for many years. Customer service is attentive, shipping is very fast (received the day after my order with DPD) and careful, bubbles protect the figurines, loyalty points give interesting discounts not to mention the codes given by partners. Chibi puts on offers (notably this summer's) with tiers for gifts. Don't hesitate to order from this store.

As with every time I've ordered from Chibi Akihabara, I've always been completely satisfied. Even when there's a mistake, you can call customer service, who respond quickly, professionally and politely, and the parcels are always perfectly packaged and protected. Some items are more expensive than on other sites, but it's one of my favorites.
I ordered quality items and was not disappointed. The photos and descriptions helped me to order with confidence, and the loyalty program is very interesting.
