I removed 2* because of the DPD delivery. I asked for home delivery and was at home waiting for the parcel. The delivery man didn't come and dropped the parcel off at the point relais. Imagine if I didn't have a car... Otherwise for the site Chibi is very good, ordered on 20/07 received on 22/07, it's great. Can't wait to place another order. It would be great if I could change the delivery service.

I have made a complaint following receipt of a figurine with defects. I was told that the figurine could not be replaced by the same model, even though the website showed that it was in stock. Still no reply. Very disappointed, I'm not starting a collection of damaged figurines...

I've been looking for a long time for a figurine site that lived up to what I'd seen in Tokyo's Akihabara district: quality figurines and reliable service.Chibi Akihabara combines both: delivery is on time, the products are quality and well cared for, and customer service is top-notch. I recently had an item out of stock and was offered three options: a refund, exchange for a figurine of the same value or a discount on the site. I opted for the refund and was reimbursed the next day! I can't recommend this site highly enough.
Great service and fast! There's just one small thing to improve, and that's taping up the parcel properly, because I found my parcel at the post office, half-open. Someone simply removed the tape to try and see my parcel. Apart from that, everything's fine
