I received my figurine slightly damaged on the front and it had a manufacturing defect on the back.I tried several times to make a support ticket on the site to make a claim but it was unfortunately impossible for an unknown reason.It's been nearly 3 weeks since I received my figurine but I still haven't been able to inform the site that I had a problem, I'm very disappointed... Apart from the above-mentioned defects the figurine is very beautiful and of good quality... I would have hoped for a gesture for my next order... Sincerely.
