The delivery was made very soon after the product was released (I ordered in pre-order).the only hitch is that despite relay points near me, the only one offered was several kilometers away.otherwise everything is ok!

I've been looking for a long time for a figurine site that lived up to what I'd seen in Tokyo's Akihabara district: quality figurines and reliable service.Chibi Akihabara combines both: delivery is on time, the products are quality and well cared for, and customer service is top-notch. I recently had an item out of stock and was offered three options: a refund, exchange for a figurine of the same value or a discount on the site. I opted for the refund and was reimbursed the next day! I can't recommend this site highly enough.
Great service and fast! There's just one small thing to improve, and that's taping up the parcel properly, because I found my parcel at the post office, half-open. Someone simply removed the tape to try and see my parcel. Apart from that, everything's fine
