Very fast and careful shipping
I have made a complaint following receipt of a figurine with defects. I was told that the figurine could not be replaced by the same model, even though the website showed that it was in stock. Still no reply. Very disappointed, I'm not starting a collection of damaged figurines...

I've been looking for a long time for a figurine site that lived up to what I'd seen in Tokyo's Akihabara district: quality figurines and reliable service.Chibi Akihabara combines both: delivery is on time, the products are quality and well cared for, and customer service is top-notch. I recently had an item out of stock and was offered three options: a refund, exchange for a figurine of the same value or a discount on the site. I opted for the refund and was reimbursed the next day! I can't recommend this site highly enough.
Great service and fast! There's just one small thing to improve, and that's taping up the parcel properly, because I found my parcel at the post office, half-open. Someone simply removed the tape to try and see my parcel. Apart from that, everything's fine
