Compliant and fast
I ordered a figurine on 5/03/2023 and received it on 8/03/2023. Packaging intact. This figurine was a birthday present for my daughter, who only returned from Spain a month later. The figurine was finally discovered on 9/04 but what a disappointment...one arm is broken, there's a defect in the cape and the toupet on the hat doesn't fit on the hat. Claim made on 10/04 but no reply. We'd like to know how to send her back and get a new figurine in good condition. I'm disappointed by the site's lack of responsiveness.
