Several orders to date and no issues, one figurine was out of stock and waiting for supplier arrival, after waiting quite a long time, I asked to change it for another of the same value without any problem, very attentive.

Huge selection of official figures, especially in the lower price ranges. Since my order from the supplier was postponed indefinitely (Chibi Akhihaba is not to blame for this, it's a general risk with pre-orders), I was able to easily and straightforwardly exchange it for another figure via email with customer service. Overall, everything is fine. 🙂

Additionally, the products are always sent in carefully packaged boxes, and delivery times are respected, so thank you to them as well.

I had to cancel the order for the first time because it was taking too long.. the figurine was supposed to arrive at the end of December 2024 and by the end of March 2025 still nothing, so I made the decision to cancel because it wasn't going to arrive in time for a birthday (it was a gift). I am well aware that it's not Chibi Akihabara's fault but the supplier's. But it's still very annoying ^^'

Waiting for the 2nd part of my order, waiting time much too long for a pre-order. I'll rate and give a real opinion once I've received everything, for now I'll leave it at that. Quite disappointed and astonished coming from Chibi, surely the last pre-order I make with them.

What a wonderful discovery this online site CHIBI AKIHABARA it's the first time I bought from them everything was perfect delivery packaging and figurine my son was delighted. Very beautiful figurine and received in very good condition, I withdraw just one star for the huge gap between the reception which was supposed to be in October, and the real reception which arrived in January following a problem with the supplier.

One of the flames decorating the Sukuna figurine was broken. This must have happened during transport. It was easily glued back together, but as it was a gift, it was a bit of a shame.
