I had paid for delivery with signature, and I found my parcel in front of the door! Generally speaking, I'm satisfied with my orders on chibi.
Usually I had a good experience with this site but unfortunately with my last order it was not the case, one of the boxes of my figurines was in bad condition, some bumps all over the box and some parts of the box were missing that I found in the package.
A parcel that was supposed to be a Christmas present arrived at the end of April (that can happen, no worries) but when we asked for information about the parcel we had the impression that we were bothering them, they replied to us a long time later and in the end once the parcel had been received no co gesture or at least a short note to apologize for the inconvenience and the waiting time. I'm very disappointed by my experience.
Packaging a little light and figurine box damaged but figurine intact otherwise fast delivery
Very good store, transport nothing to say except the packaging too light for me. It misses a part figurine of big size (60-90cm) see more. The surprise boxes are really not bad, good surprises are worth it. I recommend this store
One of my figurines was perfect, the other had a manufacturing defect, so it had to be fitted together. The parcel was well cared for and sent quickly.
The parcel arrived torn and open and was stuck back together with scotch tape.
Even if it's not chibi's fault, very little news or info on the preco. Ordered in May 2020 and never got any info either on site or in com. Otherwise ok service. Package intact.
I bought a new figurine and received it with defects/stains, I'm quite disappointed.

Too long to arrive coli in poor condition and paint defects on the figurine can do better
I placed a pre-order and the figurine arrived after 5 months, more than one of which was late. The figurine itself is perfect. However, the support to hold it is very crooked. As a result, it tilts a lot and sometimes falls for no reason.
I ordered a figurine and ramune, but when I opened the package, the figurine's box was completely torn in the front and damaged on the top! I've left a message in "contact us" and still haven't had a reply... I wanted to keep the box because it's beautiful and I end up with a torn box that I won't be able to keep... I'm disappointed...

Hello, I did receive the boxes ....but in bulk in a ramshackle cardboard box, and some packages very damaged, no inventory ... so I had to do it myself and separate everything ... the letters in a separate box for each lot would probably have been more appreciableCordialement
The Gol D Roger figurine was damaged, one of the lightning bolts had fallen off, a pity for the price it cost.but otherwise I'm satisfied with my other figurines.

Attractive price, correct delivery, but really long shipping times if you're not in a hurry - and ok if not, look elsewhere.

I was disappointed to receive the figurine to assemble ... I thought it would have been in one piece like others I've bought elsewhere.
Figurine arrived quickly but out of the 3 figurines, one was broken and I had no response from after-sales service, so it was a bad experience for me.
One of the two figurines arrived with an element (Limule's, the Slime was no longer attached, so we had to glue it back in place). The second had no problem except for a longer waiting time than announced, waiting for suppliers.
Figure received broken, support asks me to break other parts myself to be able to have it replaced, which will surely be used as a reason to not send me one back.
Following my order for a Thanos figurine which was supposed on the product description to be the deluxe version I received the standard version I asked for an explanation I was told the deluxe version was more expensive and in the meantime they changed the product description as a result I would be ordering my figurines elsewhere from now on I think.
I've had problems with my orders several times now. Either the delivery date is not respected, or the product(s) received do not correspond.Recently, I placed an order in April for a product that was supposed to be available in September. It's now October 18 and I still haven't received anything. Once I've got my order (I hope), I'm thinking of looking elsewhere.
Payment via check x3 is horrible, paid them via paypal (because other customers were able to do so, too) but they don't count this payment (although it's in their list of received payments) and say I should contact paypal to get my money back. (They have to refund the payment, I can't cancel it!) Definitaly the last time I ordered there.
As soon as the order is taken into account, the shipment is fast but when there is a delay, no communication from you, it's up to me to ask you if it's normal.
The order itself was satisfactory, good products and beautiful figurines, but everything arrived loose in a box when it was an order of 2 different boxes to offer for 2 gifts is not practical ... I wrote you an e-mail asking you a question about this and no answer from you... So I'm not satisfied with the communication and packaging.
Unfortunately, the figurine has many defects.
