Fast, careful delivery
This is the second time I've ordered from you:) the first time I had nothing to say about the delivery times (very fast), the receipt of the parcel and the condition of the figurine packaging, everything was well protected! As for the protection of the figurines, there was a small problem with Yuuki's packaging (the box was a little damaged...) As for the figurine, it's fine... And lastly, I've just placed another order, the only problem is that there's no feedback on the preparation of the parcel...

I ordered 2 figurines, one with the Christmas offer, and when I received them I only received one figurine and not the 2. And it's been 2 weeks since I sent an email to customer services telling me that they're going to check with the carrier and I still have no answer. This is not normal

Order from Chibi Akihabara: The items arrived promptly. The overall packaging was correct, but could perhaps be improved as some boxes were slightly damaged (due to the vagaries of the carrier, I suppose). As for the website, Chibi Akihabara.com, it's perfect.
I haven't received my order. I know it's mostly the delivery company's fault, but the result is that I've paid almost 200 for figurines that may not arrive before Christmas... My sons are waiting for their presents... Thank you in advance for your follow-up...
