First order at Chibi Akihabara for a figurine and I'm not disappointed, I absolutely wanted official products and I had already heard of them so I let myself be tempted! They have a wide range of products at very affordable prices, so there's something for everyone. What's more, the delivery was very fast: 48 hours after ordering on the site, I had received my parcel, which is always appreciated!

Very good experience with Chibi Akihabara, a site that's easy to understand and use.
I pre-ordered an article in October 2021, for August 2022. My article didn't arrive until October 27, 2022. More than 2 months late! And I don't really care if it's "normal". It's not normal! When you set a deadline, you stick to it. Of course, a moderate delay is understandable. But this isn't reasonable! It's just unbelievably unprofessional. You might as well not give a deadline if you're not going to meet it anyway! What's more, this isn't the first time I've seen this kind of problem, which CLEARLY indicates a redundancy that's anything but acceptable. In conclusion, I won't be spending my money with your company again. I'll go to more competent people, to whom I'll be happy to give my money!
In general a service that works, no customs fees on the way arrived relatively after the shipment simple downside a wait in my specific case relatively long for the preparation of the order, but very responsive from the first message.

I bought a figurine in pre-order (in the 200), I paid in 3 times with Paypal and I received my parcel a few days after its release. No problems with either the site or delivery. What's more, the price of the figurine was the cheapest of all the sites I visited.
Fast and careful delivery. Figure undamaged on receipt. Reasonable price for a rare and limited edition (I've seen the yellow versions as well as the yellow/green one (also limited) 5 times more expensive at conventions).
