My latest purchase went super well, as it has for years when I order from this site, shipping is fast and careful and the choice of items is very large. However, my latest purchase (SPM figurine of Hatsune Miku: Ghost) arrived with a factory defect: only a quarter of the neck was glued normally, causing the head to tilt and risk breaking when the strands were fitted. In this case, I applied a dot of glue to fix the problem, but I'm withdrawing one star because I couldn't find any customer service to allow an exchange in the event of a problem with the product (the Sega Prize service is Japanese).

Whether it's food products or figurines, it's always top-notch and delivery is fast and well monitored. Unfortunately stocks run out quickly and sometimes I miss a figurine ...and the preco too long to order a fig to have it in 4 months without warranty.

Quick and careful delivery. One small problem: as the pre-order was made a long time ago, the original delivery address had closed and the package was relocated to an address nearby. No problem with that, but I wasn't warned and didn't find out about it until delivery.
