One drawback, which has little to do with the seller: living on Reunion Island, we get slaughtered when it comes to Post Office charges. In conclusion, if you live in a French overseas department, this is a good address if you're in a hurry, but you have to be aware that it comes at a price 🙁

I pre-ordered 2 figurines from them in November 2022. Receipt by the suppliers took longer than initially expected, but that's a hiccup that happens when you pre-order! I recommend Chibi Akihabara 100%. I made a pre-order in November and despite the delay in arriving at the depot I always got very quick responses to all my requests. This was the 1st time I'd ordered a figurine as a gift, and they were really able to reassure me about my order. Yesterday I picked up my order, the figurine is magnificent, it really made someone happy. The packaging was top-notch, and if I have to order again, I'll definitely use this site.

1 Item was unavailable: but as payment was made = choice between another item or a voucher (valid only for 1 year, which was not specified when the choice was made): I don't like this practice because I don't necessarily want or need to buy again. No refund possible even though the item was marked available at the time of ordering!
