Whether it's food products or figurines, it's always top-notch and delivery is fast and well monitored. Unfortunately stocks run out quickly and sometimes I miss a figurine ...and the preco too long to order a fig to have it in 4 months without warranty.

Quick and careful delivery. One small problem: as the pre-order was made a long time ago, the original delivery address had closed and the package was relocated to an address nearby. No problem with that, but I wasn't warned and didn't find out about it until delivery.

I received my my little pony hatsune miku with a slight delay due to late delivery by my supplier. The tracking was correct and my hatsune miku my little pony was in perfect condition and well protected. I was also surprised to receive two minis KitKat mints as gifts in my parcel. The 5 stars are well deserved!

Very good site selling figurines, I highly recommend it, my package arrived on the day indicated when I placed my order. The package was well packed, with air-filled pockets to protect it from shocks. A little thank-you message in the parcel wouldn't have gone amiss... I pre-ordered two figurines from them, and when I got to the pre-order end date for the second figurine, I was worried that I wouldn't receive a delivery notice, so I checked the site, which had shifted the pre-order end date by 1 month without notifying the customer. When I contacted customer service, they explained that there was a delay in delivery on one of the two figurines, and that if I wanted to receive the first figurine, which was available, in advance, I'd have to pay additional delivery charges. In the end, I received both figurines three months late...
