I ordered a figurine from the Pop Up Parade collection.the transparent box of the figurine was very nicely wrapped in a slightly opaque paper. I even wonder if this paper wrapping is not original.

First time I've been disappointed with the store. Parcel received with no problem but the box of my figurine pushed in so it's that it was done at the time of the setting out of paperboard. Fortunately my figurine is fine, but I'm still disappointed and hope it's the last time this happens to me.

Hello I'm having a fit over the packaging of Ichiban Kuji products. The boxes of figurines and other items constantly arrive damaged, because they're not packed properly. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.
Apart from the deliveryman dropping the parcel on the ground as if it were just a stone, there's nothing to complain about. The figurine ordered is just fine.
