The products I ordered arrived fairly quickly and well packaged, however I'm only giving 4 stars because I had a problem with my original order, the figurine I had ordered was withdrawn from the site (probably due to the lack of information given by the supplier regarding the release date) and I wasn't informed. I think an email update on this type of incident would be good, it reinforces the trust between customer and seller (we have less the impression that the seller does things behind our back). I was entitled to a credit note, and customer service replied within two days, so that's a good point too.

I'm not likely to recommend them. I'm sent a figurine in a box in poor condition even though I'd asked them to check the condition of the boxes carefully, I'm told I have to send it back for a replacement and finally when they receive it they send me a message to tell me it's now out of stock and they're going to refund me instead. They really couldn't put one aside for me as soon as they knew I was sending mine back? I'm only giving two stars because customer service is quick to respond.
