I ordered this figurine more than a year ago... despite the wait, it arrived very late and without any real explanation... I was browsing the site and I still saw the figurine in pre-order when it should no longer be... it was really tiring because there is no explanation... I had to send requests in order to get the answer to my question.Despite everything, customer service is top, they respond quickly and the exchange of the package is always very well.
