I am never disappointed by the parcels I receive. They are very well packed and protected. The small negative point would be that for packages that are pre-ordered, the information is not clear enough once the pre-order is validated.

Fast, careful dispatch. However, bubble wrap around the boxes of figurines would have been necessary: one of the three boxes purchased was a little damaged (due to one of the cardboard tabs). Apart from this minor inconvenience, I recommend it!

The products arrived very quickly and in perfect condition, well protected. However, the DPD delivery service still delivered my parcel to the bookshop and not to my home, and this is not the first time, plus my box arrived in poor condition.

I waited too long for my figurine (I ordered it in November and received it in June), and the orders were wrong (I didn't receive the right figurine).
