Super order perfect reception?
I went through a pre-order process to make my purchases and so there was a long wait before I could be delivered, the problems due to the pandemic even nowadays didn't help matters as the supplier was also very slow to supply the seller but I don't see why I should blame all that on Chibi-Akihabara.This isn't the first time I've ordered from them and certainly not the last time either: the items are quality, official and always arrive in very good condition. Prices are generally very reasonable, and better than many other online and offline outlets.

I have been ordering from them for over 2 years. I've never had a single problem with them. More than correct soap, average price, delivery time between 2 and 3 days. I also appreciate the day counter which is very practical. The only small flaw for me is the wish list, which sometimes bugs and could be improved.
