I didn't hear from the carrier when my order arrived and it was hard to check the status of my order, especially since it was a pre-order. I was worried (I'm new to the site) so I took off a point. But otherwise, everything was perfect! It arrived pretty quickly and everything 🙂 I'd recommend the site!
The time between order and delivery was excessively long (over 2 months, probably due to covid) but I was able to speak to customer service several times, who always replied very quickly.

Although there was a 2-month delay due to the supplier on the delivery of the figurine bought in pre-order, I have no negative points to raise concerning the Chibi site, the shipments are always fast and careful and the products received are of high quality. We buy regularly from this site and recommend it with our eyes closed.

Pre-order delivered as scheduled in February. No complaints. I have a tiny paint defect on one of the figure's arms, but there's nothing they can do about that. It doesn't bother me at all. Low shipping costs and clean delivery.
