Everything was perfect, the only problem I had was using the site because it has a lot of trouble loading pages or when you hover over a button the site takes a long time to realize it before proposing to click on it, which makes browsing it very time consuming, which is a shame for an online store because as everything takes time, you often just want to stop browsing because it takes too long to use. And the second thing that disappointed me a bit was the fact that once you've placed your order, you can't see in the order history what the figurines you've just bought look like. There are no miniatures or links to the figurine, just the name of the product. It would be cool to have at least a preview of what you've bought, firstly to be sure you haven't made a mistake, and secondly to be able to review the products you've ordered. Otherwise, everything was good, the selection was varied and easy to find when you take your time. It's a really good site, but it just has a few usability problems.

Order placed 3 months before the release, order not received 1 month after the release.open a "ticket" is useless, you can write whatever you want you will get the same automatic response (true I put a "." I received the same response as when I wrote a paving stone).Sending an e-mail isn't much use either, so you won't get any reply. Calling is the only option, and even then, only if you manage to get them. I naively ordered thinking that pre-ordering 3 months before the release would guarantee that I'd get my figurines straight away. But they're having "supplier problems", which is questionable because they're the only ones to have them: all my other orders from other sites are prepared for the release or even before, and arrive on time.In short, go the other way.
