I had made a pre-order on this site. In the end I got the parcel but with a delay (2 months). I can't blame them for that given the current situation. I asked them when they expected to deliver my parcel and I got a quick reply from them and indeed I did receive it within the time indicated. The parcel arrived in perfect condition and I would recommend them.

Delivery a little slow (due to a staff absence) but efficient! However, a small lack of communication concerning the preparation of the delivery, which took several days without any indication of the waiting time (e.g.: your order will be prepared in 2 days) would have been nice.
