Hello, I did receive the boxes ....but in bulk in a ramshackle cardboard box, and some packages very damaged, no inventory ... so I had to do it myself and separate everything ... the letters in a separate box for each lot would probably have been more appreciableCordialement

There's nothing to say about order management-everything went smoothly. Just, the separation between pre-order and stock is not necessarily clear. We'd like to add the separate shipment feature as soon as the order is placed, not afterwards.
