Thank you very much when I asked you some questions, your answers were very punctual. I received the parcel, it is in perfect condition and I find it very nice of you to add 3 mini boxes of Pocky despite the date and just expire but I really appreciated because your gesture counts.

I don't rate 5 stars. Shipping times were far too long (even for Black Friday). And I received a broken figurine in my package.

The Gol D Roger figurine was damaged, one of the lightning bolts had fallen off, a pity for the price it cost.but otherwise I'm satisfied with my other figurines.

Neither online nor at conventions ^^ They deliver in Belgium and in relay points in Belgium (practical for me French who lives there from now on) just a downside: your site is a little messed up at the moment (since BlackFriday) error on the pagesSo everything is fine ^^ I do not know for pre-orders on the other hand
