I've never had a problem with them before, except this time when my figurine arrived broken (not Chibi-Akihabara's fault, the figurine had a manufacturing defect), so I contacted the sav who replied quickly and had me send the figurine back to them for a refund.

Well-packaged figurines, prompt dispatch once goods available. I don't give 5 stars because the dates indicated for pre-orders are not at all realistic, you have to add 3 to 4 months more than what is announced on the site. (availability indicated > end of August > reality > end of November). So you might as well take a much broader view in your forecasts. In the end, instead of being disappointed not to receive our order as indicated, we'll be delighted if it arrives earlier, turning disappointment into a pleasant surprise and everyone's happy.

The figure is magnificent and in perfect condition. Just on the base, the end caps weren't correctly positioned, but I've found a solution to make it fit. On the other hand, delivery was fast and well protected. I'd recommend it!
I've already ordered several items and honestly have nothing to complain about in terms of delivery and the condition and protection of the items. Large box, figurines protected with bubble wrap so undamaged, delivery usually within a week. I've never received a broken item and I hope never to, so I can't tell you what happens in the event of damage. I recommend the site, you'll find items cheaper than on other sites and conversely more expensive here and less elsewhere but it remains very affordable.
