Fast delivery, no problem, the figurine is impeccable.
Payment via check x3 is horrible, paid them via paypal (because other customers were able to do so, too) but they don't count this payment (although it's in their list of received payments) and say I should contact paypal to get my money back. (They have to refund the payment, I can't cancel it!) Definitaly the last time I ordered there.
I tried my luck at the lottery i would have preferred a nicer prize but i still got a small figurine for my little son but it's very serious and well sent well i hope next time to win a bigger prize and my children also order and have never had a problem so i'm very satisfied.

I placed my order at the end of July and beginning of August. I received it in mid-September, admittedly a bit long but that's to be expected when pre-ordering items, especially since the delay has nothing to do with chibi akihabara. Nevertheless, when I was concerned about the delay, customer service was able to reassure me, answer my questions and clarify the situation clearly. As soon as stocks were replenished, I received an e-mail telling me that my parcel had been dispatched, and three days later it arrived safely. The parcel was just perfect, nothing was moving inside, the boxes had not been damaged at all during transport. And everything corresponds exactly to what's displayed on the site, I even have the impression that now that they're home they're more beautiful than on the photos...
