The Covid crisis slightly delayed the delivery of the products because you had problems with your supplier on your side, but I am nonetheless happy to have been informed and that I was offered to cancel my order and get a refund if I wished. In our case, there was no urgency for us to be delivered quickly so it was not a problem for us to wait a little longer and we are very happy with the results today. Thank you.

Problem: upon receipt, yesterday at the relay point, the upper part of the packaging was torn (likely intentional break-in) picture rails were escaping from the top Result: 3 of them were damaged (deep indelible stains) Our painter intervened today, unable to return. Really a shame because I use the total lengths to the exact cm... Thank you for your response regarding this damage that occurred, obviously, during transport. The delivery person did not verify the address despite the instructions. He put the box in the elevator alone!!! He left without seeing anyone, without asking for the code. We are on the ground floor and he called someone on the floor who had the first name Paul but my last name is PAUL! Fortunately, someone found the box and since it is marked 'Cabinet de la Muette', he brought the box down to the office. I am very disappointed by this lack of attention. Order placed on Thursday afternoon and received on Saturday morning, which is exceptional; I wasn't in a hurry. Material well packaged, complete hardware. Very good service. The only small complaint is that the hooks are not all very well machined and some of them do not allow the passage of the translucent wire; you have to pass a small drill through them.

PARTICULARLY PATHETIC SERVICE incomplete delivery missing the glues a null and void delivery service, forced to wait for the delivery person to come the first time waiting all day delivery at 5:45 PM, for the glues my wife waited all day Thursday the 18th without the delivery person coming, on Friday the 19th no availability and we do not know if they will come or not and on Saturday delivery on our site after leaving a note on our gate. As mentioned, the carrier has reorganized due to an unprecedented volume of packages and constraints related to Covid 19. Since the beginning of this episode, we have encountered, to some extent, some difficulties in keeping the delivery slots. You requested in special instructions on our site a delivery during meal times, however this slot is not offered. I am aware that there was a malfunction during your delivery and we will not fail to alert the carrier. As compensation for your inconvenience, I offered you a refund of the shipping costs, which you did not wish for and/or the reshipment of the package by Colissimo but you were delivered in the meantime and this last option was not necessary. We did our best to find a solution to your problem and took the time (an hour) to explain our operation to you but apparently this has no value for you and we regret it.
