Very good quality products, delivered quickly. Easy to install and complete instruction booklet. One small remark, one of the rails was a bit damaged (probably during transport), preventing the introduction of the suspension wires. Other than that, very good quality and robustness, I recommend!

I think I was poorly advised over the phone following my price request. I was therefore forced to place a new order... Once the second package arrived, it turned out that it was not what I had ordered... And you sent me back the 'correct' order (at least I hope) that I have been waiting for now for 6 days, I believe... Let's just say my client is not very satisfied... and neither am I... On Saturday morning I received a message saying that 'today' the package would arrive' - I almost stayed home all day but in any case, no one came. On Monday I received the same message and then the carrier notified me 5 minutes before his arrival. It's a painful system, it would be better to leave the package in a parcel relay.
