Storage was convenient and we had no problems. The code to the entry door and codes to the lockers were sent to me right away. The lockers opened using a touch screen interface with an option for instructions in English.

My airbnb host recommended citylocker to me and we found it amazing. So secure with many passcodes to even enter the building. Luggage was all safe and we only ever saw a few other people go in and out

We love renting an Airbnb, but there are some downsides to it and one is luggage storage. This was a great option for us. It was pretty far from metro, but doable. Bags were locked and secure. We had 3 carry-ons and 3 backpacks and needed 2 lockers.
