Customer reviews of CITY-LOCKER Nice

Hello Sergios, we are happy to learn that you seem very satisfied with our luggage storage lockers located in Nice in a premium location, as well as with our reservation system. You did indeed come during a period of intense heatwave that lasted several days and which remains very exceptional. You were able to store your multiple bags in your single locker, and fully enjoy your day in Nice. You seemed happy to find an elegant, perfectly clean and secure place dedicated to our customers and where you were able to organize your personal effects. You were able to access your belongings several times during the day, and you took advantage of our late closing time at 10 p.m. Your belongings were monitored until your departure, and our support was at your service until this same time, even if you did not need our help.

Hello Alexis, we are pleased to see that you are satisfied with our luggage lockers, despite the very average rating you gave us. You told us that you found our offer expensive. You used a very large locker which was your private space for a full day + an elegant, clean and secure common area (the shop) to rearrange your belongings between your suitcases and change. This secure space is available every day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., as is our support which is hyper-responsive. You paid 12 EUR for the full day during the PEAK season, for this large locker which can store several suitcases. I can assure you that this price is very controlled. We strive to offer a very low price, while providing quality service, despite very high demand from our customers, who book our lockers every day. Our luggage locker offer remains the most cost-effective solution in Nice, especially since the level of quality provided is very high. This is almost the price per bag that is charged in Nice in simple "luggage drop-offs" in the back of shops, while our locker offer allows you to store multiple items, in a calm, clean and secure place allowing you to make the transition when you arrive/depart from Nice.

Dear Lucian Jozsef L., We are sincerely sorry to read that you were unable to fit your 2 LARGE CHECKED suitcases, 2 carry-on suitcases, 2 backpacks, a parasol, and various other items. We rent very large lockers at highly competitive rates, clean and located in a secure environment. These lockers can store a lot of luggage, but in your case, a dedicated room would have been necessary to store all your belongings, especially due to your 2 XXL checked suitcases. Although our luggage locker offer remains the most cost-effective and high-quality solution on the market in Nice, our lockers do not have unlimited capacity. We truly regret that you misunderstood the indication of “up to 4 CARRY-ON suitcases” as “4 CHECKED suitcases”. For your information, our lockers could hold up to 2 checked suitcases if they are medium-sized. We would like to remind you that, (next to the animation showing 4 cabin-size suitcases fitting in a locker) there is a link allowing you to view examples of what can actually fit inside. Locker and cabin bag dimensions are also provided to give you a quick and clear idea. You will also find photos of our lockers on our website, which help give a precise sense of what can be stored inside. In fact, the vast majority of our customers book the correct number of lockers in advance, with very few exceptions. Lastly, our support team is available every day of the year from 8 AM to 10 PM to assist you promptly if you have any doubts. For the best possible experience, we always encourage our customers to reserve their locker(s) in advance to ensure quick and optimal baggage drop-off.
