It was very convenient. However, we had to rent 3 lockers because we were 4 people and could't fit more than 1 regular size suitcase in the locker.

The floor was super dirty. We had to enter a code few times to open a locker. At the end we managed to use it and retrieve our bags safe so it was good. But definitely the whole
Space needs cleaning.

O site induz em erro porque parece que o cacifo fica dentro da estação e não é verdade, fica muito longe quando se trás mochilas às costas. Demoramos uns bons 10-15 minutos a a chegar lá.
O cacifo é muito espaçoso.

Easy but misleading booking, the locker should be called Bastille and not Gare de Lyon. It should be possible to choose the height of the locker.

Ended up not needing the service and there’s no option to cancel or refund.

The locker was too small and by no means it could hold 4 luggages. I had to pay for another one to put our second luggage in. It may be able to hold one or two carry-ons depending on the width and height. Overall, a misrepresentation of what is being offered at a prime rate. It is not worth it.

Inside the gare de l’est there are safe lockers for half the price and for 24 hours or even longer. I didn t know that. Otherwise I wouldn’t use city locker

This loker is located on rue de Lyon but is definitely not at Gare de Lyon (although that's what I had indicated in my Google search)... The result was that instead of walking 11 minutes with heavy suitcases and backpacks, I took another locker directly from the station. This cost me €17.50 as it was impossible to cancel the reservation... It felt like a scam.... Or how to abuse the trust of tourists who don't know Paris!!!!

L'endroit est nickel par contre le prix lors de la simulation était de 8€ nous avons décidé de faire finalement la resa le Jr se notre venue et là c'etait 15€ donc un peu déçu par cela

It was easy to access the lockers and I felt safe leaving my luggage there.

Well done and easy to use. However, the real price (which is not 2 euros per day) if you only stay for one day is not clearly enough displayed.

You're too expensive at 15€ per day for a backpack. It's outrageous.

Terrible, I had to type my entry code 100x to even get inside and then I was EVEN unable to open my locker. I had to leave my stuff unprotected in a room. Tried all combinations of my locker code, nothing worked. Really terrible experience.

Was easy to use. Expensive for the size though it actually doesn’t fit a lot in there. The room also smelt like gone off milk and was physically make me gag when dropping and collecting our suitcases

Too bad the price is the same regardless of the number of hours.

Seemed a safe situation to me, I didn’t realize I had to register online prior, so I lost some time in front of the store, also because there was bad phone service. A little bit too expensive €15 for a few hours.

The location is far from the Eiffel Tower. The space is very small and there were a lot of people inside: impossible to move around. Expensive.

The process of renting a locker and getting the access code works smoothly.

The idea is good but leaving everything at the service of a computer is not so good. There is no staff to guide or assist you, much less someone to help you if you make a mistake. There is also no option to change the reservation date, after a mistake, horrible.

Hice una reserva de una taquilla para dejar mis maletas en Paris y jamás pude usar el servicio. Las claves que me dieron para abrir la puerta y la taquilla, no funcionaron, llamé al teléfono de soporte que tienen, para que me ayudaran y jamás me atendieron. Deje tres mensajes en el contestador y jamás me llamaron para darme soporte. Eso si, los 8€ que pagué por hacer la reserva anticipada, si que los han cobrado. He pedido a PayPal que me devuelvan el dinero que les he pagado, ya que no han cumplido con su compromiso. El servicio de atención al cliente una autentica vergüenza. Jamás volveré a usar City Locker y por supuesto no voy a recomendárselo a nadie. Una estafa y una basura de servicio.

El servicio es muy util y conveniente, sin embargo los metodos de pago no, el portal de pago no aceptaba mi tarjeta porque no tengo acceso a los mensajes que recibo en ni número de teléfono en otro país

You said 4 bags in one locker. We could hardly fit one in one locker. It was pathetic expensive experience

It's not immediately clear how the service works: it would be useful to indicate on the door that you must first register on your site before you can access the locker room. Unfortunately, during my visit all the lockers were occupied, and I didn't know this until after I'd booked and completed the transaction. In such cases, it would be useful to indicate at the entrance to the locker room, or even inside, that all the lockers are occupied.

very practical it would be nice if the lockers were a bit bigger but it's practical all the same. but the cleaning on the other hand! a smell especially in the saint germain locker that was horrible it wasn't very clean it's not at all pleasant to put your things down in a place that smells so bad. maybe =that with the 1st of january there was no one to clean it. after that the first one we used didn't smell bad but it wasn't very clean either. but it's so practical that i'll use it again.
