We had to press several times the codes to open the door and the locker.

Great location and easy to access locker. Wish I knew I would have needed two lockers. I had to reserve another one there because I could not fit all of my bags. Overall great experience.

Close quite early

Great opportunity and very easy. Only thing is that it said it could contain 4 bags, but it should also say only 2 I suitcases

Navigating the site was very simple and straightforward, and finding and unlocking the lockers was very easy as well.

Easy reservation situation even with knowing 1) no and 2) a little bit of French. Prompt email with combinations and instructions reassured us we had a locker and that it would be ready for us before the train ride ended. A sticker on the door invited us to search for context clues and ascertain we were at the right place. Behind a locked storefront door you can see and reach about 20 other lockers between a narrow passage. No attendant on duty, dimly lit room. Combo pad on the door was easy to use to gain entry. Interior key pad was exceptionally sensitive, and would enter a selected number more than once for one push of a key, It took a few tries to get the combination to enter correctly and for the door to "pop" for us. One locker was big enough to accept a DoD "bodybag" rollerboard along with a personal bag. We got two to accommodate our two bodybags, our checked luggage, and our personal items.
There was room for only one customer set at a time, really, to access the lockers. We got there first and were surprised to see the line of individuals behind us. With few people inside, we were able to get in and out quickly. Others were waiting outside, either getting a locker reserved online (great idea!) or asking others how to get a locker. I would have liked the space to be bigger in order to allow more than one party to have access to the lockers at any given time.
Fix the interior combination keypads and arrange the lockers in a way that more than one or two parties can access their items without jostling over each other, and the situation could get 4 or 5 stars.

Very conveniently located right in the center of Paris, but the hygiene of the place leaves something to be desired...

28寸箱子一个就把箱子放满了，小包一个又过大，希望能有不同的箱包尺寸和价格，而不是一刀切，大小都一个价格。另外，pdf订单上就只有付款和订单信息，其他的开门和箱门密码又在邮件里，是否可以二合一，下载了订单文件，然后到了那里后还要再次打开邮箱看操作方法，不便捷

It would be better to have a watsapp number in case of failure for the code system

No possibility to choose the level where the locker is located. I had a large, heavy suitcase and locker #7 was on the 3rd level. I couldn't lift my suitcase.

Lockers should be bigger

We had just arrived from a red eye flight from the US. We had taken the RER B train from CDG and needed a place to store our luggage for a few hours before we could check in to our AirBnb. We arrived exhausted to a locked door and about a half dozen other tourists standing around outside using their phones. We eventually read a small sign on the door giving a website to create an account and reserve a locker. After a few minutes of doing this on my iPhone it sent me an email with information to type in a code on a keypad by the door to enter the establishment and another code to type in on a different keypad on a bank of lockers to open one up. It’s all automated and there is no one there to assist. Not knowing what to do was the only frustrating thing but we eventually figured it out.

Easy to find, easy to use, fitted 3 small suitcases and a small rucksack so handy to explore for the day then go back for luggage later in the day

Having a spot to store luggage while you can't check in for your reservation is very convenient. We arrived in Paris early in the morning and were not able to check in our Airbnb until late afternoon. The city locker permitted us to explore the city in the meantime without having to push around heavy luggage. The only downside we found was that the sidewalks to get from the Gare du Nord to the city locker are a little hard to roll luggage on. Luckily the walk there was only about 5 to 7 minutes.

It could have been cleaner, but the service is good. Specially that the locker can be opened several times.

Thanks to this service, I was able to travel comfortably. The procedure for leaving luggage was very easy and convenient.

The keyboards don't work properly, and you can't see the number of characters entered. Not easy to use.

The Locker is close to the metro and on a quiet street, which is a positive thing. The space is well organized and clean, everything went well. I just wish there were different sizes, my suitcase was small so a smaller space at a lower price would be interesting.
