It is important to note that the price indicated corresponds to the price per locker and that they can accommodate up to 4 suitcases but we are sorry if they did not suit you. Its very easy to use. Instruction is clear. Wish it was little bit closer to station. Not easy to carry big luggages on those sidewalks. But overall its good options to have.

Hello Wolfgang, thank you for your opinion, However, CityLocker Gare du Nord is located exactly between the two train stations ( 7 min (550m) to Gare du Nord and 5 min (400m) to Gare de l'Est) so we don't really understand from what place we are to far away. CityLocker's team wish you a great day.

We used it for an evening flight after an early checkout. It was very easy to use, easy navigation, and very helpful for us.
Only downside - from the website we got the impression the locker will be much bigger. no way we could fit 4 suitcases in this locker.

No problems to report, a discreet, easily accessible and practical place. The lockers are practical and can hold a lot of stuff, which is what I was afraid of, for a relatively affordable price for a day.

The name of location was somewhat misleading, as it was 10 min walk from les halles - a long one with suitcases

We used this service just for the last day of our stay so as not to have our suitcases on our backs. The lockers are large (we still managed to fill them!). We had no trouble understanding how it worked, but we did have to explain the protocol to other non-French-speaking tourists.
A bit expensive for the service ... 15€ for a few hours ... a friend paid, if I'd been on my own I wouldn't have bought it and I'd have kept my two bags on my back ...

By the way all the distances information are given in our website so that you can choose not to book if you think it’s to fare from where you want to go. Sorry you didn’t enjoy our service.

Everything was fine except for the size of the locker. For the price, was expecting to fit a size 79/29 checked in luggage + standard hand carry luggage. To my surprise only the 79/29 could fit plus about 5 inches on top only. Disappointing.

no complaints, easy activation, good to reach from the train station. Excellent if storage for full days is needed, but since there's only full rent days and not per hour, it can be a little pricey depending on how long the locker is needed.

The buttons to type in the code do not work properly. I had to reenter the code 5-6 times for it to work, and this had already been the case when I used it in October 2022.
Also a large spanish family (15+) entered the citylocker so we had to wait more than 15 minutes because they would not move...
Other than that nothing to say, simple and efficace...would use again

Well located and secure. The keypads on the door and outside were pretty temperamental so required several attpts at code entry but I read this was the case so expected that. Otherwise was convenient & easy to book. Would use again

There should be much clearer instructions especially regarding more than one locker, and there is no easy way to contact customer service in english. The locker was large ebough to fit in a large suitcase and after understanding how it works with multiple lockers worked just fine

Thanks for your message and for using our service Sorry you have had problem in contacting the hotline; it can be reached by phone from 8:00 am to 10pm; they answer by text message unless emergencies. The locker size is clearly indicated on the website as well as the number of luggage it can feet but it is difficult for us to give an advise as we do not see your luggage; we can just give a recommandation. We will work on improving the given information and once agin thank you for using city locker and we will work on getting your 5 stars next time.

(€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.
