We are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available by guaranteeing you the highest level of SECURITY for your luggage. We can never do enough to keep your most precious possessions SAFE. You used your locker from 10:47 to 21:00, i.e. over 10 hours, and paid €15, i.e. €1.5 per hour, for a locker that can hold up to 4 pieces of luggage. I'm not sure you'll find anything cheaper in Paris :) Looking forward to seeing you again at CITY-LOCKER

I like the Idea, Easy access, in City Center, next to the station Generally location was good.
As rate I think it's expensive I used only for 3 hr and I paid 15 EUR, what I mean there is no options for hrs only days.

The storage space was also good. The space was also quite spacious and clean. However, be careful as the keypad is sometimes recognized twice.

Useful solution for tourists in the city centre, however the experience is not optimal - no warning that you must book in advance, and we arrived to the door of the locker that was the nearest to our needs in Paris only to find that it is full. Had to schlepp with the luggage to another one.

It’s great that you can access the locker any time between 8am and 10pm, but the it took quite a lot of attempts to get the code to work. Unsure if this was because of the buttons or if the instructions weren’t clear enough.

We have some problems with the acess. The code fail some times.

Paid way in advance and got codes to use the lockers right away, which was good. Olympics street closures and bus detours I did not foresee prevented me from utilizing the lockers. It was close to Champs de Mars (area of opening and closing ceremony for 2024 Olympics). No refunds, so I lost €36!!!

This size fits most large suitcases and can hold up to 4 pieces of IATA international size cabin luggage (55 x 35 x 20cm). Indeed, if your luggage is larger, the number of pieces that can fit in a locker is smaller;

It was good but number 11 locker doors couldnt close good enough, so we were little bit scared of losing our bags but it was good at the end.

Notre assurance couvre également vos effets personnels à hauteur de 1500 euros par casier. Et tout cela à un coût effectivement, et nous sommes les seuls sur Paris à vous proposer ce niveau de sécurisation. Et de plus, ramener au bagages cela coute 3,75€ pour la journée (8:00-22:00) Nous espérons avoir répondu à vos interrogations et vous souhaitons une excellente journée !

Good, not complicated to understand, the code is delivered in a few clicks, however I could not choose the size of the locker and I found the service expensive if you want to leave your luggage a few hours.

Near the train station. Big locker. Two medium sized and one small sized suitcases fit in the locker. You can open as often as you want. Unfortunately you already must retourn to keep your stuff until 10 pm

This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20cm) so that the number that can feat in on luggage depends of your locker size. So our lockers can feat up tu 4 luggaes ONLY and ONLY if the size of locker ins under or equal to the IATA format (55 x 35 x 20cm)

Ideally, there would be a cancellation window, which would make it even easier to use. It would also be nice if they offered a half-day option, not just full-day rentals.
