Our locker wasn't working: we couldn't close it. We called the number displayed on the premises and in less than 5 minutes we heard back from the team who assigned us another locker. Fast and efficient, it was perfect!

The scheme is clever and useful but the realization is anything but intuitive. Simply figuring out how to open the door puzzled everyone we saw there. We also could have very easily used just one locker and that would have made the expense easier to justify, but the app asks you how many bags you have rather than, how much room you need. Overall, it was very useful even if a bit expensive.

Hello Jin, Thank you for using our service. Regarding the price, it is from 12€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent. We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! It was a very seamless process
