Seemed a safe situation to me, I didn’t realize I had to register online prior, so I lost some time in front of the store, also because there was bad phone service. A little bit too expensive €15 for a few hours.
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Bonjour Thanks for using our service. You do not have to create an account online; we just need an email and a tel number so that we can send you your personal codes; max 1 minute to make the booking with a telephone working properly. Regarding the price we can understand you find it a little high but we are the only in Paris to provide this level of safety and security while keeping your luggage (video protection, alarm, door code, locker code, secured lockers and shop and an assistance during opening hours) We hope we will have the pleasure to welcome you again in one of our City-Locker

Hello Rose, Thank you very much for entrusting us with your luggage, we are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available given that our rates are for lockers and not per bag and that you can put up to 4 bags per locker or maximum 3.75€ per bag for a day (8:00-22:00). We hope to see you again and wish you a pleasant day!

At first, we were wary of the looks on our faces as we entered our code, compared to the people inside who seemed to be waiting... but everything is very well controlled, the premises are covered with cameras, codes are sent by SMS, and validation by e-mail. Top-notch service, close to the capital's main sightseeing and walking routes. Very satisfied indeed!

The location is far from the Eiffel Tower. The space is very small and there were a lot of people inside: impossible to move around. Expensive.

Hello Sabine, Thank you for using our service. For security reasons, we are unable to keep the boutique open 24 hours a day at the moment. All this information is clearly shown on our website and on the booking confirmations. However, we hope to see you again in one of our Citylockers and wish you a pleasant day.
