So easy to use! I was on my way to drop my case at Gare du L’Est when I spotted this place on the way. The location is super easy and central, and the whole thing felt very safe. Quite expensive for the time I used it for, but I was very grateful to have them stored so securely.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello , Thank you very much for entrusting us with your luggage, we are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available given that our rates are for lockers and not per bag and that you can put up to 4 bags per locker or maximum 3.75€ per bag for a day(8:00-22:00). We hope to see you again and wish you a pleasant day!

Just a bit pricey
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Anne Merci d’avoir utilisé notre service.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Anne and thank you for taking the time to bring this problem to our attention. As we are very concerned about customer satisfaction, we have taken your feedback into account and are always striving to improve our service in order to better satisfy our customers. As the baggage retrieval procedure is the same as for drop-off, we did not feel it necessary to specify this in order not to create any confusion. We look forward to seeing you again in better conditions.

Super convenient! Online booking and payment, no need to queue to drop off or pick up your luggage, very reasonable price: one box can hold at least 2 carry-on suitcases, plus coats and small bags... There were 4 of us, so as a precaution I booked 2 boxes. City locker Paris on rue de Lyon is right next to the Bastille metro station, so there's no need to travel miles.
Access is by code at the front door. Once inside, simply go to the terminal and follow the on-screen instructions to unlock your box.
