Hello Elise, Thank you very much for entrusting us with your luggage, we are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available given that our rates are for lockers and not per baggage and that you can put up to 4 bags per locker or maximum 3.75€ per baggage for one day (8:00-22:00). We hope to see you again and wish you a pleasant day!

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris Published on 22/08/2023

Perhaps I didn't look carefully beforehand, but it was noted that this cuty locker was located in Chatelet, but it was still a 20min walk from the Chatelet metro station. It would be better to find out which metro station was closest to the cuty locker, i.e. Réaumur Sébastopol or Arts et Métiers. The walking time with luggage was long... once there, everything went very smoothly, nothing to complain about.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris Published on 22/08/2023

Hello Séverine Thank you for sharing your opinion with us. We are sorry if the location of our locker did not suit you. However, the addresses of the lockers are clearly indicated on the website just before you make a reservation, along with a Google Maps map showing the location in terms of time and distance from your departure point. We wish you a pleasant day and hope to see you soon in one of our lockers.

The codes aren’t secure at all, it is the door code plus your locker number and if anyone catches on, they can just access your locker very easily.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris Published on 21/08/2023

Hello Amy, Thank you for sharing your opinion, CITY-LOCKER’s storages are monitored by our security cameras 24h/24 7/7 and our team is making sure that your luggages are totally safe. Our insurance is also covering all your belongings up to 1500 euros by locker. Furthermore, the codes are individuals and change every day for the several days booking We hope to have answered all your questions and wish you a great day from the CITY-LOCKER’s team.
