The site was easy to use. The first time I purchased a locker here I did it last minute by smartphone while standing in front of the building. It only took a minute or two after the credit card transaction for the key code for the door to activate.

The code is very obvious, so I worry people could guess any code’s locker and steal what’s inside.

Hello Hong, Thank you for opinion, the locker code and the door code are not exactly the same, you have two more numbers and one additional # for the locker code, they are personal for each person and are changing everyday. It’s important to notice that the indicated price matches the price by locker which can contain up to 4 suitcases but we are sorry if the prices didn’t fit your expectations. La Porte n'on n'est pas ouvert. I couldn't open the door, there was a couple of people with the same problem. Than somebody call the assistance and after a half hour they opened the door

Very practical and easy to use (codes and instructions sent by message). However, a large hold suitcase + a cabin suitcase have a lot of trouble fitting into a single locker. We had to open the small suitcase to slide it open on one side. What's more, I find the prices far too high for one day. (15€)

However, our lockers can accommodate up to 3 pieces of cabin luggage (IATA standards), so the total size of your two pieces of luggage exceeded the storage capacity of one locker. Furthermore, the prices of our lockers can be consulted on the website before booking, and they are very reasonable. It is important to note that the price indicated corresponds to the price per locker and that they can accommodate up to 4 suitcases, but we are sorry if they did not suit you. In addition, we offer a sliding scale of charges, down to 2 euros per day if you book for several days. We wish you an excellent day and hope to see you soon in one of our spaces.
