I had to cancel my trip with my children because of CIVID, of course it was my son who was positive. But what can I do, go on my own... no Of course you offered me a credit note but I don't have a definite date. You're really not accommodating. I don't know if I'll call you again.

You contacted us to let us know that you had cancelled your trip for a COVID reason, and we told you that the service was normally non-refundable, but that in view of your situation we would give you a credit note. Hello and thank you for your feedback. We would like to reassure you that the system is completely secure. You can only enter the premises if you have a reservation. Codes are personal and change every day. No one can have the same code. What's more, all our sites are under alarm and video surveillance. Security is very important to us.
