Customer reviews of CITY-LOCKER Paris

Easy to place orders on the site. Online payment and immediate confirmation by SMS and e-mail.

Somehow we lost the codes to our locker. City Locker responded to our email within minutes and resent our code.

I booked the day before for the next day and managed to find 2 free lockers.

Super

Perfect

Easy practical secure

need more flexible rates for less hours

Well located, safe, efficient! This locker near the Eiffel Tower enabled us to spend a pleasant last day in the 7th arrondissement before catching our train at the Gare de Lyon.

Ergonomic booking site except that I couldn't select a time slot. So I paid for a whole day even though I only checked in my luggage for 1 hour. Suggestion: add a search engine to select the nearest locker to your destination.

Making a reservation for the day was simple and straightforward. I received a code for the locker immediately via text message.

Very very good

Easy to order online

Internet booking. Code received by SMS - perfect - no problem accessing our locker.

I felt all my stuff was safely stored during the day I had to spend all around Paris. Great service!

With a Eurostar due to leave Paris at 2pm, we wanted to spend the morning in Versailles but didn't want to cart our luggage there and back. After a quick Google search, we found citylocker within a 10minute walk from where we were staying. I paid online and had a text within seconds with the details or the address and the codes for the locker. The address was not as it seemed on the map on the website, and was actually further from our place than expected, but it wasn't too much of an issue. We got there, got in easily and set our stuff in the large lockers. These really are big enough for several bags, but be warned if you get a top row (you cannot specify) - you could struggle to life heavy bags up there. It was perfect for what we needed, though, and I would definitely use again if I was in need!

Very easy to use! Would 100% use again

Would recommend

The online reservation worked without any problems. The lockers are very easy to use and the location is great. The bus station to the airport is also nearby. I would rent a locker there again at any time.

Simple and practical 5-minute walk from St Lazare station

Service worked very well. It was easy to open the lockers with the received code and I was able to store my luggage with no problems.

it was so easy and comfortable

Fast, clear booking

Worked perfectly

The website was very easy to use and once we arrived at the destination, everything was very clear, door code then locker code.

Very efficient and great after-sales service. Many thanks again :)

Easy to use

Good value for the money and it's really close to the Eifel Tower.

Easy booking and payment, maybe a bit expensive

Very good, great service. I would recommend

Excellent

Efficient service that relieved us of our heavy luggage on our last day.

It was a great experience, essay to find, good location and very independent check in and out.

Very easy

It was easy to access, since it was close to the Opera Garnier and other metro/bus stations. The lock just needs a bit of determination and concentration. It's just a little too expensive, knowing how cheap similar services can be in other countries.

Very friendly and easy to use, it was a very good experience
