Used this service for a day trip to Paris on the way to Disney. Taxi to the address and very easy use of lockers, very conbient location and we were able to get uber from address to Disney. Would use again and recommend for anyone doing same.

All was great, but you should put some signs were you explain how to use the lockers.
The place has a very good location, in the heart of the city. Access is easy, but the street is very narrow and it is difficult to leave the car to unload your suitcases. If you go with a taxi, no problem. Special care must be taken with the measurements of the suitcases. The boxes have exactly the measurements that appear on the website and not all suitcases fit. There are no boxes of various sizes, so this point is important. The system is very simple to operate and absolutely autonomous. Very easy. A pleasant experience.
The opening hours are too short in the evenings, and the terms of use are misleading as to the consequences of leaving items overnight. Responsive customer service nonetheless.
