Website says lockers fit four suitcases. It only fit one and a bag.

It didn't work, I couldn't get in. I had to manage otherwise, and I was delayed.

I rented on March 30 for March 31. When I confirmed, your software recorded March 30 - the day of my order. I had to redo it for March 31 and rent a second time. No explanation that you need to rent on the same day. Too bad!

After the credit card was charged, confirmation email was sent with passcode section saying ERROR. Contacted emergency phone number but got auto-reply and cut off. This was Thursday afternoon, normal working hours. I was not able to use the locker at all, and still the card was charged. Extremely frustrated with the experience.no star.

I thought the locker was at Gare de Lyon, but in fact it is in Bastille, which is a bit further away. The information on the website is not clear and is confusing.

I could not receive pass code vecause my sms was not functioned. If you notice pass is delivered by sms before booking and paying. I could change. That was waste not only of time but also of money. You should think user information.

The locker is called "Châtelet - Les Halles" but it's actually miles away from the station. We had to walk twenty minutes carrying the bags to get to the place, which is so minuscule you have to take turns to open the lockers, otherwise you can't fit in

The locker didn't close properly. Very easy to open without code, with a little force. Not secure at all.

The apartment for 4 people was supposed to have a bedroom separated by a door, a large table and a large living area, which was not the case.

Too expensive. 15 euros for 2 hours? Make options less than 24hours

Expensive.

The website indicated that one suitcase was allowed per locker. So we took two lockers and gambled that our backpacks could be added. In the end, 1 locker had been perfect and it would have been a waste of money. What's more, it smelled terrible and wasn't clean.

Dimensions do not correspond to what is sold

On the website, you mention rates of 2 euros and we had to pay 15 euros. On the other hand, I'm horrified by this automatic system with no human presence, and I won't be coming back.

We got in just fine to drop our bags- however- our code stopped working when we returned to collect them. Neighbors saw us banging on the door and told us this is a common issue. No one would answer the phone. We did purchase a new locker and the new door code worked. Miserable experience panicking over potentially not getting our family of 5s clothes and items.

The cashier didn't work. I had to pay another one right away. I called and nobody answered. 0/10

Very poorly signposted overpriced location

Our locker was open when we arrived. There was a sign that said: don’t use it if the locker is already open. So we were insecure if we should use it and wanted to contact the number. but when we called, it said that this number doesn’t exist. In the end we did not use it as went to the hotel as this whole company seemed a bit shady to us. It was also weird that only our locker was open. A real bummer as we lost time and money.

Nothing to say about the site... But I'm very skeptical about the geographical location of some citylockers!

Info available is like rhe locker is very close to the train station butnit is not. I would not chose it if iha known before

One of our booked lockers did not work, so we paid 15€ for nothing

We couldn't take the suitcases, the system blocked. We have them but we missed an automatic recording

I paid for the locker and then waited for the email for the code to use which didn't arrive. I email and phoned but still no reply. i then went direct to the locker and paid again to use it. Therefore my advise is not to pay for it on line and just go direct to the locker and pay. otherwise you will pay twice. I would still like my money back for the first payment.

Ended up not needing the service and there’s no option to cancel or refund.

The locker was too small and by no means it could hold 4 luggages. I had to pay for another one to put our second luggage in. It may be able to hold one or two carry-ons depending on the width and height. Overall, a misrepresentation of what is being offered at a prime rate. It is not worth it.

This loker is located on rue de Lyon but is definitely not at Gare de Lyon (although that's what I had indicated in my Google search)... The result was that instead of walking 11 minutes with heavy suitcases and backpacks, I took another locker directly from the station. This cost me €17.50 as it was impossible to cancel the reservation... It felt like a scam.... Or how to abuse the trust of tourists who don't know Paris!!!!

You're too expensive at 15€ per day for a backpack. It's outrageous.

Terrible, I had to type my entry code 100x to even get inside and then I was EVEN unable to open my locker. I had to leave my stuff unprotected in a room. Tried all combinations of my locker code, nothing worked. Really terrible experience.
