It was difficult to put heavy luggage on the top shelf. It would have been easy if there was a stepping stone. The procedure for entering the room was easy. I'm glad I didn't have to go sightseeing with heavy luggage.

GREAT - BUT - A bit too expensive. AND you'd get more business if you made internet available at each location for travelers who most likely will not have a foreign cell plan to book a locker, those who did not know they had to book prior/when they had cell/wifi service.
