I used the service today at Saint-German des Pres location. The outside door was broken, anyone could enter, in fact i saw some of the lockers were forcely opened. I tried to call them several times, since in every website they were indicating that they are very responsive to their hotline, but no one responded. I had no choice but to leave my bag in the locker. At the end of a couple hours gladly nothing happened but given the conditions, it was just luck. Very unreliable, wouldn't recommend anyone to trust their valuable belongings.

We used the city locker near Gare de Lyon. It was very easy to find the location. The location has good security and was very neat and clean. The process was very smooth and we felt comfortable leaving our luggage in this location. The price was very reasonable compare to what we had to pay for a similar service in London.

Very well secured, both for access to the premises and the lockers. 2 metro stops from Gare de Lyon.
Metro station just across the street. But disappointed that proximity to Gare de Lyon not an option.
