Wonderful, easy to book. Website was very good and accessible.
Using City Locker was absolutely amazing. I was a little hesitant because of the fully self served aspect of the system, but it was so easy all the codes worked seamlessly as long as you follow directions. Both the CITY-LOCKER - Gare du Nord & Gare de l'Est and CITY-LOCKER - Châtelet - Les Halles felt safe, there were cameras in the store and the streets were busy with people, restaurants and stores. I don’t think 4 American size carry ons can fit in the pocket so to be safe just get one locker per person. I have a medium check in bag, a heavy book bag and a cross body duffle that all fit within the locker. Truly a safe and easy solution. Also both lockers were between 6-12 minutes from the nearest metro stations. Very convenient and other tourists would come in and out to put their luggage away. While it was tight everyone was super nice and took turns not an issue. Would definitely use City Locker again!

While it was easy to navigate and close to the station, it did not fit as much as it said it could so I was required to buy two lockers.

All ok. Codes worked properly. The space is perfect to save various objects.
Overall the system was great. We were able to leave our bags all day after leaving our accommodation. Lockers were large enough for all our luggage and rucksacks. Code on doors and lockers etc was easy to use. Would have been nice to have a table available in the open area for opening/closing bags etc, but other than that, I will definitely use them again.
