Simple process - great service. Only slight drama is that the lockers were inside the security cordon for the Olympics so we had to have a valid pass to get inside

It is not located at Chatelet Les Halles. It is about 15 minutes' walk away. This is a hassle when people have bulky luggage and are pressed for time. I resent being given inaccurate information when it is important.

Using CityLocker couldn’t be easier. Pretty much point and click website and enter your info. Easy instructions to get in building and how to operate automated locker system. Clean safe convenient. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

Easy to use. Large enough locker for two large backpacks or 3 carry-on suitcases.
Practical but very expensive
We used three locker and had to go out of the storageroom and enter the doorcode before the lockercode worked. When we wanted to get the baggage out, one of the lockers didn't open. We had to try several times. To much money for the service we got. Why is there no variety in timeslots? We only needed a straße for two hours and had to pay for a day. Thatfore we rate only average.
