Hello Petr, Thank you very much for entrusting us with your luggage, we are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available given that our rates are for lockers and not per baggage and that you can put up to 4 bags per locker or a maximum of 3.75€ per baggage for one day (8:00-22:00). Question: why use our service if you think it's too expensive? Our prices are clearly displayed so you can see immediately how much it's costing you? Some of the locker doors are broken and left wide open; no one repairs them, which isn't reassuring when you're leaving your luggage. What's more, the locker doors are made of plywood, and one of those we had reserved was half torn off. We'd have to invest in sturdier equipment (metal) and hire staff for maintenance and surveillance. Automation is handy, but it can't replace human beings. For the (high) price, we expect more security. We get the impression that City Locker wants to make as much money as possible on the backs of its customers, with as little investment as possible. This does not reflect well on the company.

To answer your questions: - if the doors are open, it's only because previous customers didn't close them after retrieving their luggage - the doors aren't made of plywood but of a much stronger material, the composition of which we won't give you for obvious reasons of confidentiality, but you should know that there is metal inside. - In your case, why didn't you call the hotline to cancel your reservation, as we note that you used our service even though you were very concerned?
